Bar Harbor Oyster Company is proud to be able to use locally-sourced, 100% biodegradable bags for our small orders. We have an honor system set up in our workshop where people come and help themselves to fresh oysters and pay cash. We love being able to sell directly to consumers in this old-time fashion.
