The Ocean Harvest Bags your oysters will be packed in are woven from Beechwood cellulose thread, sustainably harvested and processed using carbon neutral practices. They come to us via @maineoceanfarms_me and are a fully biodegradable alternative to the single use plastic mesh sleeves that are often used for shellfish. Cool, right?
